Fluffy Paint

One of the most interesting finds from Pinterest. I have no clue where it originated from or who I even got the idea from. All I know is that you mix equal parts shaving cream and white Elmer’s glue.  Mix it up really well and BAM you’re done.

The first time I did with with Big M he refused to touch it and would only paint using the plastic knife I had used to mix the stuff up with. Once it dried it stayed fluffy but was also slightly spongy and had some give to it. Talk about WEIRD. Great for making clouds or snowmen or what ever your little one can come up with. This did keep him entertained for at least 30 minutes if not longer and for us was not a huge mess to clean up. Of course it helped that my little mister is a bit of a neat freak at times.

I absolutely LOVE quick and easy projects like this that also challenge textures with Big M. Heck, it’s probably good for Little M as well. What easy art project do you like to whip up with the kids?
